| Spectator Conduct
Spectators make the game more fun and rewarding for the players. To ensure that the experience is a positive one all around, engage in the following conduct:
• Acknowledge excellent play on both teams.
• Cheer for your child and his/her team…but avoid nonstop encouragement which can get as annoying as nonstop coaching!
• Refrain from specific commands to your child as your advice may differ from his/her coach’s. Let your child’s coach do the coaching.
• Respect the referee’s decisions, understanding that occasional inaccurate calls are part of the game.
• Have your child at the field 30 minutes prior to kickoff.
• And last but not least: Sit back and enjoy yourself! These games are the highlight of your child’s week.
